			<description>Very nice informative write-up. Too frequent changes in the outsourcing contract deliver no benefits to either. Though the practices of getting fresh offers for the same job may help to save few dollars but it is hard to establish proper tuning with the new vendor. I think it is better to pay more attention before signing the deal with short listed vendor instead of changing it just after few months.</description>
